The Best Crustless Broccoli and Cheddar Quiche

Jump to Recipe Print Recipe

As a quiche lover since I was a child, I didn’t realize how much I could love a crustless broccoli and cheddar quiche! It’s an easy menu addition that serves up vegetables and protein without sacrificing on flavor!

This crustless Crustless broccoli and cheddar quiche is super simple and I promise, you won’t even miss the crust! I used broccoli and some breakfast sausage but this would be delicious with any vegetables you have on hand. I can imagine using spinach, peppers, onions, mushrooms, zucchini, or whatever your heart desires! That’s the fabulous thing about quiche! It is truly a great way to clean out your fridge!

Crustless Broccoli and Cheddar Quiche is the Healthy Habit You Deserve

Getting my kids, especially my 1 year old, to eat vegetables can be a struggle. Luckily, they all agree on quiche. My kids absolutely adore eggs, so anything that is egg based is a win with them! I usually try to sneak in any kind of vegetable I can into a crustless keto quiche.

The Benefits of Crustless Quiche

Now don’t get me wrong, we really enjoy a quiche with crust too but there are a few benefits to the crustless type. One being that I don’t need to make or buy the crust. This saves money and time, and both are much appreciated around here.

I also appreciate the lack of carbohydrates especially first thing in the morning. I find that if my kids eat a lot of carbs first thing in the morning they crash sooner. I like to keep them full and focused as long as I can. And the same thing goes for me!
